Data Center Hardware Site Audit
We will perform a Site Audit to provide an accurate detailed inventory of equipment in your data center. This ensures we can develop a proper parts sparing plan, escalation plan, and maximize our response time. We will then deliver a documented Inventory which provides you with an accurate report of your equipment inventory including serial numbers and prepare a Parts Sparing Plan. Our documented Escalation Plan details what you can expect in the event of an incident, and gives our Park Place Technologies Support Team the proper methodology to act quickly in your best interest.
Our data center hardware maintenance service organization will establish a team to create a prioritized and integrated readiness plan around workflow, operations, delivery and logistics. Your account executive will continue to work with you on any business issues, while the Park Place Service delivery team establishes a pre and post start date communications plan with you.
