5x8x4 Service Level

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Initial phone-based diagnosis
• Field Engineer dispatched within 4 hours

Next Day Service Level - On-Site

• Initial phone-based diagnosis
• Field Engineer dispatched the following day

Next Day Service Level - Parts Only

• Initial phone-based diagnosis
• Replacement part shipped for next business day delivery
