Technical Advice & Guidance (TAG)
for Storage Maintenance Customers

How TAG Works

TAG is designed for customers with their own system and storage administration team. TAG provides a collaborative approach to review and advise in resolution of issues surrounding, software (operating system), and compatibility issues on your supported hardware. Additionally, it offers advice for system administration, configuration assistance and licensed features. The customer is responsible for all on-site or remote view of the system and storage administration will provide remote views to the Park Place Technologies team upon request.
