Park Place appoints Kathie Lyons to new role as Executive Vice President & General Manager of ParkViewTM

Former Dell EMC executive will be responsible for operational oversight of the company’s predictive, remote monitoring service solution

Park Place Technologies, the global leader in third-party maintenance for data center hardware, today announced Kathie Lyons has joined the company as Executive Vice President and General Manager of ParkView™, filling a new role overseeing the company’s rapidly growing strategic business unit that is focused on data center software and hosted automated monitoring services. As GM for ParkView™, Kathie will be responsible for building and executing on the ParkView™ roadmap, which includes innovating beyond hardware monitoring to deliver an all encompassing Data Center monitoring service via a single pane of glass.

Lyons brings over 25 years of experience in operational leadership, customer-centric execution, and implementing enterprise systems worldwide. During her time as Vice President of Enterprise Programs and National Security at EMC, she led the performance optimization of global programs and systems, R&D configuration, and national security compliance, policy and processes.

Since launching in 2018, more than 1,000 customers globally have benefitted from the automated ticket creation and reduced downtime the platform provides.
