“Our employee culture is not just a strategy or clinical approach to doing business,” said Park Place Technologies CEO Ed Kenty. “It is an organic, ingrained belief that our associates are paramount in every conversation, every deal, every action, every moment of our work and service.”

Since 1991, Park Place Technologies has provided an exceptional customer experience, superior service delivery, and a cost savings advantage for businesses seeking an alternative to post-warranty storage, server, and networking hardware maintenance for IT data centers. Park Place services more than 10,000 organizations in over 100 countries across a multitude of industry verticals, from government, higher education, and healthcare institutions to cloud service providers, SMB, and Fortune 500 companies.

“Our goal at Park Place is to be a workplace destination for highly performing and exceptional people, so much so that they could not imagine working anywhere else for anyone else,” said Judy Collister, Park Place Technologies Executive Vice President of Human Resources. “Talented people can work anywhere, but Great Workplaces that are ‘best in class’ are rare. We believe that when we take care of and appreciate our employees the way that we want them to take care of and appreciate our customers, our growth will be a natural outcome of great service.”

NorthCoast 99 recognizes great places to work for top performing people that drive results, provide competitive advantages, and allow businesses to innovate and grow. Applicants are evaluated based on policies and practices related to the attraction and retention of top performers, as well as data collected from employee surveys.
