As Chief Operating Officer, Dave Cox will oversee all global operations for Park Place, helping to scale recent growth and maintain Park Place Technologies’ commitment to innovation while continuing to deliver superior customer service.
Before joining Park Place Technologies, Dave served as Chief Customer Success Officer at fintech software provider eFront, helping to transform the company’s function holistically by implementing tailored management programs to streamline operations and staffing. Prior to eFront, Dave spent nearly 11 years at EMC across support, professional services, and consulting. His responsibilities ranged from driving strategy to operational transformation across EMC’s global services organization, as well as business unit P&L leadership. Additionally. Dave was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. where he focused on the high-tech sector. He also spent eight years in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer.
