As Vice President, Supply Chain, Gene leads International Supply Chain for Park Place Technologies. Prior to his role with Park Place, Gene established and led global supply chain teams in a series of notable start-ups – General Compression, VESTAS Americas and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to that, Gene held various roles of increasing responsibility in both automotive OEM and Tier 1 operations as Plant and Division Manager, head of global purchasing and Division Quality Director. As a recognized authority on the topic of Global Supply Chain, Gene has been invited as an international key note speaker in over 30 industry, governmental and trade organization conferences.
Gene is an accomplished Six Sigma Black Belt and has managed global LEAN, Six Sigma and VA/VE teams and has authored patents. Gene earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron, a Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University, a Masters in Information Systems Management from Syracuse University and studied law at Michigan State University College of Law.
