Hal brings 25+ years of experience to Park Place Technologies. He is responsible for all global service operations, our global contact center, field service and tech support divisions. Joining the team five years ago, Hal has been a strategic leader with a focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible, always. He implemented a transactional customer satisfaction survey, in which Park Place Technologies consistently achieves an overall score of 95%. Alongside exceptional customer service, Park Place Technologies continuously exceeds in the technology industry, being best in its class with our Net Promoter score. With Hal’s guidance, our global reach has allowed our installed base to have seamless, best-in-class customer service.
Before joining Park Place Technologies, Hal built the service delivery arm for Data General’s Network Service Division, which generated $30 million in revenue in the first 18 months of operations. Hal’s next assignment was Global Operations Director for Professional Services. He also worked at EMC where he created their Global Network Support & Services organization, which was responsible for delivering assessment services for their Network Attached Storage products. His next role was managing EMC’s Global CLARiiON technical support division, where he provided world class support to customers around the globe.
On his time off, Hal enjoys spending time with family, supporting his hometown Chicago sporting teams, and listening to rock & roll music. He is also a performance car enthusiast.
Hal earned his BS in Workforce Education and Human Resources at Southern Illinois University.
