Park Place to Launch First-Ever Global Partner Portal

A highly anticipated and exciting change is coming to Park Place’s Channel Program! In mid-September, our first-ever global partner portal, appropriately named “Uptime,” will launch and be available for our largest Park Place partners. This robust digital platform was designed with our partners in mind, providing them a single source of truth to help maximize their daily operations and create a truly seamless experience when working with Park Place.​​​​​​​

Introducing a new partner program structure

During the week of the Uptime Partner Portal launch, a new partner program, the Uptime Partner Program, will also be implemented. This updated program structure keeps the partner program’s main goal in mind – to enable partners to be customer heroes. From improving the customer’s support experience, to saving customers money on their support costs, the Uptime Partner Program will enable and reward partners for their collaboration and customer advocacy.

The three-tiered design provides partners with expertly crafted benefits specific to their level of participation in Park Place’s partner program. The Platinum, Gold and Authorized Partner categories offer a variety of marketing and sales support, co-selling opportunities, training resources, access to program investment dollars, to name a few features.​​​​​​​
