Under Base level service, Park Place Technologies will:

  • Monitor your server, storage, and networking environments for incidents 24/7/365 including:
    • Performance and utilization monitoring
    • Availability monitoring
    • Network path monitoring
    • NetFlow monitoring
    • Network configuration monitoring
  • Filter incidents and only notify you when your attention is required
  • Report incidents to the agreed upon teams – including third parties – as per the service agreement
  • Open and monitor tickets until customer confirms resolution
