For 16 years, Rick has been the driving force behind the health systems’ seamless operation of four data centers, ensuring uninterrupted power, cooling, rack space, and network connectivity for mission-critical equipment. He also oversees electrical and mechanical maintenance for seven network rooms, tackling challenges head-on to keep everything running at peak performance.
