Hal brings nearly 40 years of experience to Park Place Technologies. As Chief of Staff, Hal is responsible for driving and monitoring key strategic initiatives. Hal, a Park Place employee for more than 10 years, has been a strategic leader with a focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction across the globe for our 16,000 Park Place customers. Hal implemented a transactional customer satisfaction survey, in which Park Place Technologies consistently achieves an overall score of 95%. With Hal’s guidance, our seamless, best-in-class customer service has evolved with our global reach.
Before joining Park Place Technologies, Hal built the service delivery arm for Data General’s Network Service Division, which generated $30 million in revenue in the first 18 months of operations. Hal’s next assignment was Global Operations Director for Professional Services. He also worked at EMC where he created their Global Network Support & Services organization, which was responsible for delivering assessment services for their Network Attached Storage products. Hal’s next role was managing EMC’s Global CLARiiON technical support division, where he provided world class support to customers around the globe.
On his time off, Hal enjoys spending time with family, supporting his hometown Chicago sporting teams, and listening to rock & roll music. He is also a performance car enthusiast.
Hal earned his BS in Workforce Education and Human Resources at Southern Illinois University.
