New Office and Operations Center Opens in Boston Region
The opening of a new office and operations center in Westborough, Mass., houses more than 120 Park Place employees and enhances the company’s ability to deliver its award-winning data center hardware maintenance and full suite of managed services to customers. The new office replaces Park Place Technologies’ previous office in Marlborough, Mass. The Westborough facility will feature 54,000 total square feet of office space, increasing the company’s office and operations space by more than 50% versus the previous facility.
Enterprise Operations Center Opens at Cleveland Headquarters
The Enterprise Operation Center (EOC), command center and mission control for all the ParkView Managed Services Offerings, is a fully staffed 24x7x365 support facility providing collaborative workspace for Technical Engineers with multiple levels of certification and expertise delivering monitoring, remediation, and management of customer assets and infrastructure. The EOC streamlines server and network management processes and simplifies the management of hybrid environments, supporting new technologies and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Entuity Innovations Further Simplify Network Performance and Diagnostic Monitoring
Entuity Software’s Version 19 release greatly enhances the award-winning enterprise monitoring and management solution. With its innovative all-in-one approach, Entuity V19 offers new physical storage and server monitoring and OS monitoring of Windows and Linux servers while adding enhanced Discovery capabilities and Asset Management features. The new software package offers a newly built Asset Management functionality, enhanced Discovery, new server and storage device monitoring and OS monitoring capabilities on Windows and Linux.. These new features build on the award-winning enterprise monitoring and management solution.

Park Place Technologies has achieved a place in the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ ranking, by the internationally recognised HR, people, and workplace culture consultancy Great Place to Work. Park Place has obtained a UK Best Workplace ranking in the Medium Category, which is defined as an organisation with 50-250 employees in the UK.
Curvature Integration Complete
Six months after Park Place acquired Curvature, the migration of all Curvature clients was completed. All Curvature clients received access to Park Place’s global services, including the client portal Central Park.
Inventory and Logistics Management Solution Acquired
A new inventory and logistics management solution, NetSure+, developed by Charlotte, NC,-based SiteGrid, is acquired. NetSure+ combines an inventory management and sparing solution with Park Place’s networking maintenance services to deliver a low-cost, superior customer experience. By coupling customer-entitled spares with NetSure+ logistics capabilities and Park Place’s global footprint, customers will have access to a service not available via traditional maintenance programs.
Uptime Partner Portal and New Partner Program Launched
Uptime Partner Portal and Uptime Partner Program launch. These new Channel offerings provide enterprise IT teams with a single source of truth to maximize daily operations and create a seamless experience for their partners by leveraging Park Place’s global service network. The new Uptime Partner Portal is a global digital platform that offers enterprise Channel partners several benefits. In tandem with the Uptime Partner Portal launch, Park Place is also implementing the Uptime Partner Program. It comprises three program tiers – Platinum, Gold and Authorized Partner – that include a variety of marketing and sales support resources, co-selling opportunities, training, access to program investment dollars, as well as myriad other features.
Congruity360 Hardware Maintenance and Data Migration Assets Acquired
Specific assets of Congruity360 are acquired. Norwell, Massachusetts-based Congruity360 provides global, vendor-agnostic, IT Management services. Park Place acquires Congruity360’s third-party maintenance business, data migration services businesses and new hardware sales offerings. Congruity360 will maintain ownership of its information governance and software business.
