Park Place Technologies has centralized our compliance data within ISNetworld and streamlined our reporting process, making it easier for clients to prequalify our company. We have made Health, Safety, and Environmental Questionnaire; Insurance Certificates; OSHA Forms; Experience Modification Rate (EMR) Letters; Written Health, Safety, and Environmental Programs; Training Information; and Reporting of Hours and Incidents by Month available to our clients in an electronic format, which is available online 24 hours a day.

Park Place Technologies announced its sixth consecutive inclusion on Inc. Magazine’s 36th annual Inc. 500 list. Park Place ranked No. 3,173 overall, and was the sole IT Services representative from the Cleveland area.

Park Place acquires Houston-based Solid Systems CAD Services (SSCS)
Park Place Technologies acquired Solid Systems CAD Services (SSCS), the Houston-based global support provider of third-party maintenance services. This marks the ninth acquisition Park Place Technologies has made over the past 24 months. By acquiring SSCS and its regional offices in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, Finland and Japan, Park Place Technologies will further distinguish itself within the industry for its service and customer care capabilities.

Park Place Technologies Announces new EMEA Operations Center in Cork
Park Place opened its new EMEA Operations Center in City Quarter, Lapp’s Quay, Cork, on Nov. 26. Park Place will invest in the creation of 70 new tech jobs over the next two years. This new investment is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland.

Park Place Technologies launched its newly relocated Asia Pacific (APAC) headquarters in Singapore on Nov. 27. The spacious and modern workspace located at ARC 380 in Jalan Besar is situated on the fringes of Singapore’s central business district and promises to offer an eclectic mix of work and play.

Park Place expands Latin American presence with acquisition of CMG-Nicsa
Park Place Technologies has announced the acquisition of the Latin American operations of CMG-Nicsa, a provider of IT solutions, support infrastructures and outsourcing services in Latin America and the Caribbean. Park Place Technologies clients will benefit from CMG-Nicsa’s established call center and field service delivery, providing Spanish and Portuguese speaking engineers. To support this acquisition, Park Place Technologies will open offices or expand existing CMG-Nicsa offices in Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. Park Place Technologies will also open an Operations Center in Uruguay and a Test Lab and Parts Warehouse in Mexico.

Park Place acquires UK-based Third-Party Maintenance Provider MCSA Group Limited
Park Place Technologies announced it has acquired MCSA Group Limited, a UK-based, business-critical IT services and solutions provider. Park Place Technologies, the world’s largest post-warranty data center maintenance firm, will acquire all of MCSA’s business, enabling Park Place Technologies to further expand its operations.

Park Place Technologies strengthens its vision with groundbreaking deal for network analytics software provider Entuity
Park Place Technologies announced that it has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Entuity, a global network performance monitoring software company with offices in Boston and London. This is Park Place’s first acquisition outside of the third-party maintenance category.

Park Place acquires Third Party Maintenance provider Custom Hardware Engineering & Consulting INC.
Park Place Technologies announced it has acquired Custom Hardware Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (CHE), a Missouri-based third party maintenance provider. Park Place Technologies, the globally preferred partner for third party management of IT data center equipment since 1991, will acquire all of CHE’s business, enabling Park Place Technologies to further expand its operational depth.

Park Place acquires Curvature, Inc.
In November 2020, Park Place acquired Curvature, a global TPM. The acquisition of Curvature assembled the largest team of field service engineers on the ground in the industry; tripled the spare parts inventory with more than 1.15 million parts now available in 2400+ stocking locations[ supported Park Place’s continuous global expansion plans with four new international markets: Denmark, Australia, Thailand, and Japan; and created a new tier of TPM covering multiple OEM environments with the most resources globally for faster and cost-effective data center support.

G2 publishes peer-to-peer reviews written by users – not paid commenters – to help its millions of website visitors navigate business technology. G2 recognized Entuity Software™ as a Leader in the Network Management and Network Monitoring categories. This is a higher ranking from last quarter, when G2 recognized Entuity Software™ as a “High Performer.”

New Office and Operations Center Opens in Boston Region
The opening of a new office and operations center in Westborough, Mass., houses more than 120 Park Place employees and enhances the company’s ability to deliver its award-winning data center hardware maintenance and full suite of managed services to customers. The new office replaces Park Place Technologies’ previous office in Marlborough, Mass. The Westborough facility will feature 54,000 total square feet of office space, increasing the company’s office and operations space by more than 50% versus the previous facility.

The Enterprise Operation Center (EOC), command center and mission control for all the ParkView Managed Services Offerings, is a fully staffed 24x7x365 support facility providing collaborative workspace for Technical Engineers with multiple levels of certification and expertise delivering monitoring, remediation, and management of customer assets and infrastructure. The EOC streamlines server and network management processes and simplifies the management of hybrid environments, supporting new technologies and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Entuity Innovations Further Simplify Network Performance and Diagnostic Monitoring
Entuity Software’s Version 19 release greatly enhances the award-winning enterprise monitoring and management solution. With its innovative all-in-one approach, Entuity V19 offers new physical storage and server monitoring and OS monitoring of Windows and Linux servers while adding enhanced Discovery capabilities and Asset Management features. The new software package offers a newly built Asset Management functionality, enhanced Discovery, new server and storage device monitoring and OS monitoring capabilities on Windows and Linux.. These new features build on the award-winning enterprise monitoring and management solution.

Curvature Integration Complete
Six months after Park Place acquired Curvature, the migration of all Curvature clients was completed. All Curvature clients received access to Park Place’s global services, including the client portal Central Park.

Inventory and Logistics Management Solution Acquired
A new inventory and logistics management solution, NetSure+, developed by Charlotte, NC,-based SiteGrid, is acquired. NetSure+ combines an inventory management and sparing solution with Park Place’s networking maintenance services to deliver a low-cost, superior customer experience. By coupling customer-entitled spares with NetSure+ logistics capabilities and Park Place’s global footprint, customers will have access to a service not available via traditional maintenance programs.

Uptime Partner Portal and New Partner Program Launched
Uptime Partner Portal and Uptime Partner Program launch. These new Channel offerings provide enterprise IT teams with a single source of truth to maximize daily operations and create a seamless experience for their partners by leveraging Park Place’s global service network. The new Uptime Partner Portal is a global digital platform that offers enterprise Channel partners several benefits. In tandem with the Uptime Partner Portal launch, Park Place is also implementing the Uptime Partner Program. It comprises three program tiers – Platinum, Gold and Authorized Partner – that include a variety of marketing and sales support resources, co-selling opportunities, training, access to program investment dollars, as well as myriad other features.

Congruity360 Hardware Maintenance and Data Migration Assets Acquired
Specific assets of Congruity360 are acquired. Norwell, Massachusetts-based Congruity360 provides global, vendor-agnostic, IT Management services. Park Place acquires Congruity360’s third-party maintenance business, data migration services businesses and new hardware sales offerings. Congruity360 will maintain ownership of its information governance and software business.
ClearView Launched
Park Place Technologies debuted proprietary software ClearView™, a contract analyzer that provides an objective recommendation on how to optimize network hardware support, down to the device level.

Park Place Acquires Storfirst Software
Park Place Technologies announces the purchase of Congruity360’s Storfirst software platform. Storfirst is the industry’s most secure, OEM- and platform-agnostic (cloud, hybrid cloud and on-prem) file system migration and information management software. Storfirst allows customers to manage the movement of their data from production servers to disaster recovery servers, on-prem and to the cloud; the software enables customers to control the movement of all file data.

Park Place Technologies, Curvature Hardware sales, and Entuity Software is certified ISO 27001:2013 and SOC 2 (Type 1) compliant globally.
