Park Place Senior Vice President and General Counsel Betsy Dellinger has been honored as one of Crain’s 2021 Notable General Counsels. Crain’s reports, “Crain’s Notable General Counsels hold the top legal position at businesses and nonprofits and in government and education. As members of the C-suite, they deal with strategic challenges such as activist shareholders, takeovers and government investigations. Many serve as the point person on diversity and inclusion. They must be jacks of all legal trades, handling litigation, contracts, employee compensation and privacy.”

She leads a team that provides legal support to our sales group worldwide and serves as an important contributor to our focused acquisitions and strategic initiatives teams. She also oversees the Human Resources team, and compliance and risk management for the company globally.

Betsy’s legal career includes over 20 years in private practice as a corporate law partner at Benesch Friedlander and Baker Hostetler in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as in-house business and legal experience for entrepreneurial PE-funded businesses.

Betsy has served as an adjunct instructor in the MBA program at Baldwin Wallace University and is the in-coming Chairman of the Board of Julie Billiart School in Lyndhurst, a standard-setting K-8 program for children with autism, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia and other learning difficulties.

Betsy is an outdoors advocate, a graduate of Kenyon College and Case Western Reserve Law School and the parent of two teenage sons.
