Severe Weather & Its Impact on Your Data Center

Park Place ensures your data center will stay running through inclement weather

As we enter into the middle of the winter season, with imminent winter storms affecting certain areas of the United States and Canada, know that Park Place Technologies is closely monitoring the areas that may experience severe winter storms. When weather conditions call for heavy snow or ice, our Service Operations teams have identified contingency plans that will prepare them with additional resources if any additional expertise is required. Severe weather patterns that are also causing flooding in California are also being monitored.

Park Place Technologies pays close attention to our employees and customers who may be directly threatened and want to ensure that the Park Place Contact Center is always in full operation. Our service supply chain will also be fully functional in case of canceled carrier flights to ensure you get the part you need quickly with no disruption.

Our main focus is always to ensure our customers maintain full data center functionality through all types of weather conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 877-778-8707 to speak to a representative at the Park Place Contact Center.
