2025 Cleveland Rocks Awards

 On November 18. 2025, the Park Place Technologies marketing team brought home two awards for internal communications work at the 2025 Cleveland Rocks Awards, hosted by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Greater Cleveland Chapter. The event celebrates excellence in public relations, recognizing standout campaigns, innovative tactics, and the individuals who make a lasting impact on the field. Each year, this event shines a spotlight on the most inspiring and influential work across Northeast Ohio.

Entries were judged this year by the PRSA Chicago Chapter. Each award is ranked Gold, Silver, or Bronze based on the entry’s overall score. Congratulations to Sr. Director of Global Communications Michael Miller and the rest of the team for producing this award-winning work.

Bronze Award for the Company Intranet, WIRED

In response to rapid global expansion and the need for a unified employee experience, Park Place Technologies launched Park Place WIRED, a dynamic intranet platform designed to serve as a daily news hub for over 2,400 employees across multiple time zones and cultures. Since its inception in 2020, and a 2024 relaunch, WIRED evolved into an interactive central source for leadership updates, HR resources, cultural content, and employee engagement. With features like multilingual content, live suggestion boxes, podcasts, and video archives, WIRED fosters a sense of community and transparency. The weekly Digest email and IT integration ensure consistent visibility and engagement. With up to 97% engagement on top posts and a dramatic reduction in email clutter,

 WIRED has become a cornerstone of internal communications and cultural

 cohesion at Park Place Technologies.

Silver Rocks Award for the Park Place PULSE.

Park Place Technologies’ Park Place Pulse: Annual Strategic Plan Review is a 60-minute video event designed to deliver transparent, strategic updates from company executives to more than 2,400 global employees. Filmed across multiple international locations each quarter, the video features leadership insights on sales performance, innovation, company goals, and employee culture. It also includes appearances from dozens of employees worldwide, reinforcing inclusivity and engagement.

The first video premiered January 2025 and was at coordinated global viewing parties across dozens of offices, complete with food and beverages, and is made available on the company’s internal website in multiple languages. A post-event survey gathers feedback and suggestions, with an impressive 87% response rate and an average rating of 4.3 out of 5. This initiative represents a significant investment in executive transparency, consistent global communication, and employee celebration, helping to unify the company’s culture and strategic direction.
