Park Place, Curvature honored at Storage Awards

Park Place named Third Party Maintenance Company of the Year

(UK) Park Place Technologies and its recent acquisition Curvature were honored with major awards at the 2020 Storage Awards, presented by UK publication Storage Magazine. The 17th annual Storries were presented November 26.

Park Place, a single source for data center hardware maintenance and a full suite of managed services, was named Third Party Maintenance Company of the Year. While Park Place has won several Storries in recent years (and was runner-up in this category in 2019), this is the Cleveland, OH-based company’s first win as Third Party Maintenance Company of the Year. Eight companies were shortlisted for the award, including Curvature, which Park Place acquired in November 2020.

Christo Conidaris, was named the 2020 Storage Awards Winner for Contribution to the Storage Industry. Conidaris, Curvature VP of Sales in EMEA, was one of nine nominees.

Storage Magazine Editor David Taylor announced the awards in a video announcement. Launched in November 2001, Storage Magazine focuses on all issues relating to IT storage. Approximately 20,000 IT Managers, Directors and channel professionals receive the UK data storage magazine.
