Park Place to Deploy Help to Areas Impacted by earthquake affecting Southeast Asia

March 28, 2025 — Park Place Technologies is taking proactive steps to aid clients impacted by the earthquake that hit southeast Asia.  A 7.7 magnitude earthquake rocked Thailand and neighboring Myanmar, collapsing buildings and resulting in untold fatalities.

The midday temblor with an epicenter near Mandalay, Myanmar’s second largest city, was followed by a strong 6.4 magnitude aftershock.

Park Place has set up a Command Center in Westborough, Mass., that is ready to deploy whatever resources clients need. Clients will have immediate access to our supply chain, tech support, field team and suppliers. Our entire coastal region field team is on “high alert” and will be ready to deploy in the areas most impacted as conditions allow.

Park Place is reaching out to critical end-users such as hospitals to ensure they are ready to engage us if they are hit hard.
