CLEVELAND – September 2, 2010 – Park Place Technologies, North America’s premier provider of data center hardware maintenance, is proud to be recognized by Ohio’s Employer’s Resource Council (ERC) as one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work. NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. This year’s NorthCoast 99 winners will be honored at a recognition dinner September 14th at LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake. This is the first time Park Place has received the award.

Park Place Technologies Vice President of Human Resources, Judy Collister, says during the past year the company has focused on building a high performing organization along with a great place to work. “When you pay attention to “what’s important” to employees along with focusing on exceptional business performance, you create an environment that solves important problems for customers and builds a committed, motivated workforce. Employees who are engaged and empowered deliver predictable results, take care of our customers, and everybody wins. We’re extremely proud to have our company recognized by ERC.”

“Congratulations to all of this year’s winners for leading by example,” said ERC President, Pat Perry. “NorthCoast 99 organizations have re-defined the Northeast Ohio workplace in good and tough times. They have crafted a strategy and put initiatives in place designed to compete locally, nationally and globally through top performer attraction and retention. This strategy is smart and in the long run will pay incredible dividends.”
