ParkView Managed Services™ Plus level service is additive to our Base level of support. With Plus support, in addition to infrastructure monitoring and incident identification, Park Place will also handle incident remediation and patch management & maintenance. Your organization will benefit from increased compliance (lowering security risks), faster mean-time-to-repair, and increased audit readiness.

Under Plus level service, Park Place Technologies will:

  • Provide swift response and incident resolution for managed devices including:
