Newly Designed Central Park Experience to Launch

The new experience will be released between 8:00pm – 11:59pm Eastern Time April 9

The Central Park team has been hard at work enhancing and modernizing the platform to create a more intuitive experience and provide you with greater visibility into what matters most to you! The new experience will be released between 8:00pm – 11:59pm Eastern Time April 9, during which time Central Park will not be available. 

What’s new:

  • Expanded dashboard with active service tickets grouped by severity, including ticket status and the most recent update timestamp—bringing quick visibility to what matters most.
  • Simplified ticket creation, with all critical details now displayed on a single screen, including a milestone tracker.
  • Enhanced asset inventory view with a new search feature, making it easier for you to filter and manage their active assets.
  • New beta: Parkview Asset Intelligence™ for customers using Parkview Automated Support™—an AI-powered platform that assigns scores and tags to assets, helping identify risk of future issues or failure and optimize IT infrastructure.
