Park Place Date Center Services honored at DCS Awards

Park Place Technologies has been awarded Excellence in Data Centre Services at the DCS Awards, which took place in London, UK, Thursday 24th May.

This is a significant and exciting milestone for Park Place Technologies as it is the first time the firm has won an award within the IT industry, outside of the US. Park Place, the world’s largest pure play post-warranty data center maintenance organisation, supports more than 13,000 businesses in over 100 countries. Park Place was also nominated for Data Centre ICT Management Product of the Year for ParkView, and Data Centre Innovation of the Year ParkView™.

ParkView™ (Powered by BMC TrueSight), is a revolutionary new remote service that proactively detects equipment hardware faults 24/7 across storage, server, and networking products that are maintained by Park Place Technologies. The related alerts are then securely transmitted to Park Place Technologies’ technical operations, enabling more timely and accurate failure diagnosis, part identification, and necessary repair actions.
