Partners who engage our sales team with end-users see a 4x higher close rate. We work with some of the largest resellers as well as local VARs. There are no minimum requirements to become a partner, so it’s easy to get onboard. Every partner, regardless of size, begins in the development mode and is assigned a dedicated resource. As they cultivate business—quotes and sales—they move up to the growth partner mode. At this point, more internal resources, aligned to geographic territories, are available to them. We protect partner accounts at the opportunity level. This allows partners an opportunity to initiate business with existing accounts as long as the opportunity is brand new.
