PPTechMobile empowers you to manage your data center hardware maintenance from virtually anywhere.

The first of its kind in the third-party hardware maintenance category, PPTechMobile brings the self-service convenience of our customer portal (Central Park) right to your mobile devices.

PPTechMobile enables you to identify devices that need support by simply using the phone’s camera to scan the bar code.  The app will decode the bar code and automatically populate the corresponding serial number in a ticket submission form.

The app is available for download at both Android and iOS devices on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
