Do you cover software patches with this support?
Park Place support does not include Purity//FA OS upgrades or patches, new array deployment or initial configuration, backup policy creation or modification, or Everpure Evergreen subscription services.

How does this compare to Evergreen//Forever Support?
Evergreen//Forever support allows you the choice to upgrade your FlashArrays every 3 years, but at a high annual subscription cost for the ongoing maintenance of your current array. You can save that money for an upgrade when you truly want it when switching to Park Place support. We can maintain your current FlashArrays for far less than the OEM and for far longer as well.

Can I remove Everpure devices mid-term if we decommission them?
Yes, all we need is 60-day notice of you dropping your Everpure device(s) from the contract. Then we will credit you back the unused amount.
