CLEVELAND, OH, November 15, 2016 – Park Place Technologies announced today that it has purchased Ardent Support Technologies, a premier third-party support provider for data center hardware based in Dover, New Hampshire. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Ardent Support Technologies has been a trusted partner of Park Place for years,” says Ed Kenty, Chairman and CEO of Park Place Technologies. “They share the same values as our own Service First Philosophy – that our customers’ needs are most important when it comes to the support of their data center hardware. I am happy to welcome the Ardent team into the Park Place family.”
Acquiring Ardent Support Technologies will allow Park Place to enhance their experienced, world-class team of Level 3 engineers to service data centers across the United States and Canada.
Ardent’s Co-Founder, Jim Stevens will join Park Place to coordinate integration and support future strategic sales efforts. “We are excited to officially join the Park Place Technologies team,” said Stevens. “Ed and the rest of the executive team share the same perspective on what it means to be a leader in data center maintenance. The Level 3 team at Ardent is exceptional, and will allow Park Place greater depth to its already outstanding offering.”
